Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn garments back into their shipping box and ensure all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
